Bahan bahan
- Siapkan 1 pack Creme Brule (dr.Oetker or Betty crocker).
- Kalian perlu 1 cup Cold fresh Milk.
- Siapkan 2 tbs Coffee Whitener or Creamer.
- Kalian perlu 3 or 4 tbs Sugar (simmer in pan to make Crystals caramel) approx 1 mins.
- Siapkan 1 egg Yolk (kuning telur).
- Kalian perlu 1 tbs Maple syrup or Pancake syrup.
Petunjuk
- Mix egg yolk & coffee whitener until it gets a bit fluff. Pour slowly milk while keep stirring. Pour slowly ready pack mix. Stir in fast motion until it really smooth.
- Pour whole mixture into non sticky pan on stove . Heat it in low. Keep stirring. Add a bit of sugar to taste. Approximately it will takes about 2 mins until it gets thick & heavy. Turn off the stove. Grab your pyrex or microwavable dessert dish. Pour the thick mixtures.
- Glazed top of your creme Brule with crystals caramelized sugar. Microwave it for approx 30 to 40 sec. Watch carefully dont let it rise & spills.
- Let it cool for 2 mins & glazed it with maple syrup or pancake syrup.
