- Setelah matang, taburi dengan brown sugar. Bakar sedikit brown sugar dengan menggunakan blow torch agar menjadi karamel.. namun jika tidak ada blow torch, anda bisa membuat karamel sendiri.. (1) bakar sendok kemudian letakkan/tempel di atas permukaan brown sugar.. atau (2) Masak brown sugar di teflon hingga menjadi karamel. Kemudian letakkan di atas adonan creme brulee yg sudah matang tadi.. selamat mencoba...(disajikan dingin lebih nikmat).
