- Setelah 3 jam, keluarkan dr kulas, lalu tap bagian atas dgn tisu agar tidak berembun. Tuang gula pasir secukupnya, ratakan dgn jari. Lalu bakar dgn blowtorch. Jika tidak ada blowtorch, bs panaskan gula di panci, lalu biarkan mencair lalu tuang diatas creme brulee, biarkan mengeras..
