- Cuci beras dan ketan hingga bersih..kemudian masukkan air sesuai takaran memasak nasi dan masak di rice cooker hingga matang..
- Siapkan bahan isian kimbap.ketika selesai..ambil nasi secukupnya taruh di bowl..jangan langsung semua di keluarkan dari rice cooker krna usahakan pas menggulung kimbap nasi dalam keadaan hangat.. jadi aku ambil bertahap. Nasi yang sudah diambil..kasi sejumput garam dan beberapa tetes minyak wijen kemudian aduk rata..
- Siapkan mat gulung, siapkan lembaran nori (yang kilat dibagian bawah) taruh nasi secukupnya kemudian ratakan hingga 3/4bagian di atas Nori..kemudian taruh isian dan di gulung.. padatkan. Lakukan hingga habis.. setelah selesai..oleskan sedikit minyak wijen di gulungan norinya..kemudian taruh jg sedikit minyak di pisau kemudian potong2 sesuai selera dan tata..
