  2. Angkat & tiriskan ayam yg sudah digoreng --> di mangkok campurkan madu + air lemon (kalau ga suka asem skip aja) --> balur ayam tadi ke campuran madu + lemon, sisihkan.
  3. Potong2 brokoli, cuci lalu rebus di air yang sudah dicampurkan bawang putih bubuk sampai dirasa matang --> tiriskan.
  4. Panaskan lagi wajan dengan minyak sedikit saja --> tumis bawang bombay sampai 1/2 layu --> masukan nasi lalu bumbui dengan garam, merica + oregano --> aduk rata lalu tambahkan mentega *porsi garam & mentega disesuaikan ya agar jgn keasinan* --> aduk rata lagi.
  5. Siapkan box alumunium foil *besarnya sesuai selera, kalau besar jadi 1 porsi, kalau kecil bisa jadi 2 porsi* --> masukan nasi tadi sampai 3/4 box *ditekan-tekan ya biar padat*.
  6. Tambahkan ayam madu secara merata --> taburi keju parut diatasnya --> tambahkan parsley bubuk.
  7. Panggang di suhu 160 cc selama kurleb 15 menit (sampai keju mencair).
