- Siapkan 1 kg Daging sapi (tanpa lemak).
- Kalian perlu 200 gr Daun selada (pelengkap).
- Siapkan 2 buah Bawang bombai.

- Siapkan 1 ruas Jahe (ukuran besar).
- Kalian perlu 2 buah Jeruk lemon/nipis.
- Kalian perlu 1 sachet Saos teriyaki.
- Siapkan secukupnya Soy sauce.
- Siapkan secukupnya Gula pasir.
- Kalian perlu secukupnya Garam halus.
- Kalian perlu secukupnya Lada bubuk.
- Kalian perlu Oregano/biji wijen secukupnya (saya pakai keduanya).
- Kalian perlu secukupnya Margarin/butter.

- Iris tipis-tipis daging sapi atau sesuai selera (tips: jika terlalu tebal akan susah matang dan daging bisa alot, jadi lebih baik iris tipis-tipis).

- Campurkan bumbu halus ke daging yang sudah di iris tipis-tipis, tambahkan soy sauce, garam halus, gula halus, lada bubuk, oregano, biji wijen, saos teriyaki, dan perasan jeruk lemon/nipis, aduk hingga tercampur rata, diamkan 30 menit-1 jam (marinated sesuai selera, semakin lama semakin bagus karena bumbu semakin meresap ke daging).
- Jika daging sudah di marinated, siapkan panggangan/teflon, olesi dengan mentega/butter, panggang irisan bawang bombai (yang sisa 1 buah) sampai harum, panggang daging sampai matang, bolak balik supaya tidak gosong, setelah matang angkat dan siapkan dengan selada, bisa ditambah saos sesuai selera.
