- Potong serong bawang pre, tahu sutera dipotong sesuai selera, dongmyeonnya direndam dulu sampai gak kaku..
- Potong² wortel, kemudian tumis sampai layu menggunakan minyak wijen dan bawang putih.
- Panaskan teflon anti lengket. Masukkan daging yg sudah dimarinasi tadi. Aduk² sampai mendidih..
- Setelah agak mendidih, masukkan dongmyeon, jamur enoki, tahu sutera, dan wortel. Disusun di samping² yaa. Trus dibagian tengah taro bawang pre..
- Turunkan apinya jadi sedang, biarkan mendidih sambil nunggu tahunya masak. Kalo dirasa udah masak semua, aduk jadi 1. Cek rasa, klo masih kurang tinggal tambahkan kaldu jamur..
